He features BATTERY POWERED action – STOP AND WALK, LIFT WALKIE-TALKIE, LISTEN TO SIGNALS AND TALK BACK, FLASHING LIGHTS IN HIS RECEIVING SET, BLUE LIGHT SIGNALS IN HIS CLEAR PLASTIC HELMET. Rates a C9 with much gloss, bright color, and only light wear. The clear plastic dome is very clean with no cracks or breaks. All tin construction. All original with no reproduction parts. Still has the original Rosko metal decal. Leg battery compartments are clean. Works great as seen in the video below. Comes with the ORIGINAL box which is near excellent with bright colors, some edge wear, creasing and stains. About 13” tall. !!!
