The condition of the poster is as follows: there is a small tear in the lower left hand corner, there is a 1 inch tear that looks like it has been repaired above the first E in keep, there is a light stain around the word war on the bottom left corner, there is tape residue on the four corners of the poster and a crease in the upper left corner. This poster comes with the frame, it will cost more to ship with the frame. I can roll it for shipment to reduce the cost, in that case the frame will not be added. the cost of postage you see is with the frame, the winning buyer can let me know how to ship it. To the best of my knowledge it appears that the poster is not affix to any backing, I have not taken the poster out of the frame for inspection, but there is a wave in the poster which leads me to believe it can be taken out and rolled thank you.
