Model/ Type / Description: This is a leather scabbard for an M1 Garand. The scabbard is marked \"US / JQMD / E.M.S.\". A date cannot be read. These were produced and used during WWII. The scabbard is original, showing lots of natural age and is complete.
Condition: Overall, this item rates in about Very Good condition with stiff leather, but soundstitchingthroughout. The metal hardware and leather all showappropriateand natural age, though the straps have become a little stiff.
