Shipping Policy
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We provide you with free shipping, free ring sizing (up or down 2 sizes, anything more than that is a nominal fee) and a free insurance appraisal upon request. The shipping also covers insurance and signature confirmation. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We ONLY ship to a confirmed PayPal address. For any international shipments, it is the buyers responsibility for any customs or import duties!
Return Policy
Genuinely faulty goods not sold AS IS will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Items must be shipped with a tracking number and signature confirmation provided to us within 30 days for a refund. Buyers are subject to a 10% restocking fee. ONCE A PURCHASED ITEM IS RECEIVED, WE DO NOT RENEGOTIATE OR ISSUE PARTIAL REFUNDS.
