The front cover is tanned, a pencil notation at the top right, the right edge is a little brittle with a 1 1/2\" narrow chip at the cneter, a 1/1/2\" crease across the bottom right corner, a 1/2\" narrow chip out of the left end of the bottom edge, abrasion at the top and bottom of the spine, the top staple is detached from the front cover, the bottom staple is still attached but could pop loose at any time, multiple small horizontal stress splits on the spine. The back cover is tanned, a tiny chip and a 1/2\" split at the center of the left edge, some light marks at the center. The contents are cream to light tan, complete and undamaged.
