1950s play land whip wind up toy from J Chein Co. The toy was tested it winds very easily and is in extremely good operating condition however because the elastic attaching the cars together has stretched some it would need to be tightened to have the cars zip around the way they should, this would be a very easy fix however we will let the new owner decide if they want to modify the length of the elastic as it sits now the toy has no modifications or repairs and is completely original.
