The cost to useconfirmation overseas will far exceed the price of the item purchased. If thepackage has not arrived by 12 weeks, we will issue you a refund or areplacement if the item is available.
According to statistics, only 19% of sellers inthe United States will ship overseas. And according to surveys, those whodo not ship overseas site customer complaints from long delivery times as thereason.
