For your consideration, I have this lovely 1950\'s vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Cissy is around 20\" tall. Marked ALEXANDER on the back of her head.This doll is stunning. She comes wearing an original tagged Cissy chemise, original hose (one run in the front) and high heeled elastic sandals. Cissy has pretty brunette hair, in a fancy hair-do. There are some flyaways, however, it still looks nice. Cissy has a beautiful face. Painting is all original with no enhancements. Light pink cheek blush, and a nice creamy complexion. Cissy has all of her original brush eyelashes. Eyes open and close freely, as they should. She is strung perfectly, and is a nice clean doll. She only has one narrow split at the top of one leg where it goes into the torso area. No other splits! Beautiful greenish blue eyes. This is a really pretty doll. The chemise is in good condition. The tag is faded, and frayed, so it may have been cleaned at some point. Her name is still legible though. The chemise has faded to a creamy very pale pink color. This would be a great doll to wear one of those fabulous Alexander gowns!
