This sale is for a Prewar American Flyer O Gauge No.806 UP Challenger 4-8-4 Steam Engine and 12 Wheel Tender.It was made in 1939.It is in excellent condition and it is complete and 100% original.The front set of wheels on the rear trailing truck are cracked and chipped but it still tracks well.This engine has a spur gear motor and a RDC DC activated reverse unit that is in good working order.I don\'t have the DC Button for it but you can manually change the dirrection of the engine by pushing a thin rod or paper clip in the pin hole on the top of the boiler.Sometimes it will change dirrection on it\'s own when you stop and start it.It has been tested and it runs and tracks great and the headlight works.This is a large engine and it is all die-cast metal and it measures 21\" long not counting the die-cast link coupler.See Pictures Below..Shipping weight is 9 Lbs.
