Description

 A very unusual, antique Chinese Export Famille Verte milk pitcher or small jug with paneled sides and scalloped rim. It is hand decorated with an Asian scenic having warriors on horseback, mother and children, etc. One young warrior has shot an arrow from his saddle and it has pierced the peak of a temple or pagoda. The upper portion has medallions of birds and flowers with lavender coloration. Size: 4.5\" tall and 5.5\" wide (11.5 x 14 cm).  In excellent overall condition with no chips, cracks, stains or repairs (very minor wear). Unsigned, circa early 1800\'s.
