Very nice and pretty rare to find vintage Dean's Rag Book March Hare from Alice in Wonderland, dating from 1930s
his head and arms are made of brown velvet,body is white and navy blue stripe cotton with integral flower pattern shoes,

feels to be hard stuffed with soft filling throughout the body and head,

unjointed, but with wires for positioning,

has got white, amber and black glass eyes,

black painted features,

smiling expression.

Wears original geometrical pattern flannel trousers with some repair to the back of right leg, green felt jacket with three original buttons (one missing),

replacement yellow felt waistcoat and added blue ribbon.

March Hare is approx. 13" tall (without his ears).

Condition - item is in good vintage condition with some general wear and repairs.
