Up for offer is this very rare and very collectible original 3 foot by 8 foot heavy plastic/vinyl banner produced by the B.F. Goodrich Tire Co. in the 1990s highlighting its high performance Radial T/A tires. It displays a beautiful 1969 L88 427 race-prepared Chevrolet Corvette with side pipes and torque thrust wheels. This large banner is in mostly very nice condition and there is no fading in the vibrant blue tone colors. This still has all of the original grommets around the edges and the ends of the hanging ropes at each corner. The pictures will show there is some cracking in spots along the very outer edge of the seam where the ropes are on each end of the banner, and there is about a 5 inch split in the banner at the lower right corner. Again, you can see these flaws in the pictures. However, when mounted on the wall these are not very noticeable at all. This banner does have the factory installed half-moon wind cutouts. This was displayed on an indoor wall for severalyears, but for the last 10+ yearsit has been carefully stored in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
