I am selling a vintage/antique Case Knife that was part of some knives found in the estate of an old small town hardware store. I am not an expert on Case knives but will describe it to the best of my ability.The knife is a model 6265 SAB, which is a Hunter model I believe. I am not sure what the SAB refers too. The tang stamp \"CASE XX\" indicates, from what I have read, that this knife can date anywhere from 1940 - 1964. This knife was found with others with the 1965 and later tang stamp, so I think it is an early 60\'s vintage, but can\'t be sure.The knife is truly NOS, it has never been re-sharpened, its got the factory edge on it. The blades are beautiful. There is not any visible corrosion that I can make out, but the brass ends are slightly tarnished. There is dust and a little grime perhaps - it has been sitting for 50 years! As this is NOS, I have made no attempt to polish or clean it in any way. I don\'t know much more than that, but will answer questions if I can. I will ship to the USA only. Good luck offerding!
