Here is a rare North Carolina soda bottle offered without reserve. Theyellow and black label states “Caravan’s Camel Line” and shows camels, apyramid and a tree. The back label states “Guaranteed Quality, Purity, Flavor.This beverage is good and good for you. 12 Fluid Ozs. Cheerwine Bottling Co. Salisbury, N.C.” Under the label its embossed “4 LGW 0”indicating it was made in 1940 at the Laurens Glass Works in South Carolina. It measures 10 and 1/4inches tall. Condition is good. There are no chips, cracks or bruises. Thelabel is strong with no fading. There is some cloudiness on the interior nearthe bottom. It’s a very good example of this hard to find bottle.
