6 Hard Tack Biscuits which have been made to the Original wartime recipe and to the correct specification - size 3\" x 3\", no of holes etc.These will come wrapped in greaseproof paper & string ready to put in your pack with the rest of your kit !. Also a fact sheet explaining the history of Hard Tack.These are designed to last and are as there name indicates - HARD - you were mean\'t to soak them in your stew, liquid etc, or if your feeling brave you can nibble them.They are edible - but I can not be held responsible for your teeth or dentistry bills......I had some of these as part of my Field catering display at Ponderosa , and also the Victory show in 2011- and they caused quite a stir with both re-enactors and the public.I have had comments from veteran\'s that are fantastic !!!These have now been sent all over the world, and some have gone to Arnhem, the Somme, and even to serving troops in Afghanistan (as a joke !) - They have also been supplied to numerous Museums both here and oversea\'s, schools, and even television productions & films - please see my excellent response.....

One Bar of Ration Chocolate which has been made to the Original wartime correct specification - size 4\" x 2\", no of sections , weight etc.This come\'s wrapped in greaseproof paper ready to put in your pack with the rest of your kit !.The bar on the left is our original WW2 issue Ration chocolate and I have faithfully copied this, the middle one shows the repro bar unwrapped, the right one what you will recieve.
(I am not unwrapping our original one as it is sealed).The wartime bars were issued to troops as part of the 24hr ration pack.
Ours is actually manufactured by Cadbury\'s but obviously being a trademark I can not use their name !!. The bars had no outer wrapper as it served no use and paper was a valuble comodity.These are made from good quality milk chocolate and are totally eddible, I am food hygine registered. They do not have a best before date marked as obviously this would detract from there originallity effect but have approx 18 months shelf life from purchase (if they last that long without being eaten .......), obviously please treat this as you would any other bar of chocolate - ie : dont get hot, wet, smash it , etc.....

THE ULTIMATE PIECE OF PERSONAL KIT...................
one repacked daily ration of toilet paper.
This is original 1940s wartime Izal medicated toilet roll which I have re-packed to the original specification - length / method of folding etc.(took some serious working out.)
In the pictures the one on the left is our original roll which came with a daily man\'s ration assessories pack which contained the toilet roll, packets of tea, coffee, salt, sugar, powdered milk etc. This was mean\'t to given out each day along with any other tinned rations / food.This is your MUST HAVE piece of kit for those serious re-enactors.
The pack measures 2 1/2\" long x 1 1/2\" wide.
