Up for sale is a Rivarossi HO scale two truck Hiesler locomotive lettered Deep River Logging Co. # 8 that is in excellent condition. Although there is not box this loco is remains very clean with good solid lettering. The only thing I noticed that would detract from its appearance is a bend in the handrail on the locomotive\'s rear left side and some paint chipped off of the handrail on the locos right rear just behind the cab. Other than that this piece is beautiful. In testing I found it runs very well in both directions and has its original X2F couplers. This beautiful locomotive would look great on a logging layout! SHIPPING POLICIES
** Buyer agrees to prepay final sale price plus shipping and handling.
** We ship small items and international items via USPS Priority mail and larger or heavier items via UPS. Nicholas Smith Trains will not be held responsible or liable for any problems resulting at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Nicholas Smith Trains will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office, nor will we be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge.
** We will combine items to save you money whenever possible.
** We generally charge 1-2 dollars for packing and handling. However, larger items or an sale with multiple items (a train set for example) may incur a larger handling fee. If you check my response you will see manycomments about the quality of my packaging. However I remind you good packing takes time and costs money.
** When shipping via UPS we are not able to ship to P.O. or A.P.O Boxes. An actual street address is required.
PAYMENT POLICIES
** If you win multiple items do not pay until you have received an invoice from me combining shipping and handling costs.
** Full payment of invoice is expected within 7 days of sending your invoice. If we do not receive your payment in that time frame and you have not notified us of special circumstances, we will use the Non Paying buyer Alert system to remind you of your obligation.
** Payment - We prefer PayPal.
** Pick-up at Nicholas Smith Trains, 2343 West Chester Pike, Bromall, PA 19008 with the option of additional payment arrangements can be accommodated.
** Pennsylvania residents will pay 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax. If you are a Pennsylvania business and have an exemption certificate you must contact me directly before the close of the sale to make arrangements to place your exemption certificate on file. Failure to forward you certificate as required will result in your being charged sales tax.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
