Locois invery good condition with the original box whichis infair condition. The loco surges a little when running,and it will require some cleaning and oiling. There is also a slight click in one direction. It appears that all the add-on parts are there, but since I bought it used, I can't be sure, so there may be some small parts missing or broken.
