I required this engine in a trade and unfornately I do not know but about the history nor do I have any log books. Time on the engine is unknown. I do know that the engine did suffer a prop strike.

I have performed a dial runout of the gearbox prop flange, results were 0.001 FACTORY SPEC!!! Engine also has the slipper clutch with helps protect the crankshaft in the event of a prop strike

I alsodid a thumb compression test with the plugs out while putting power to the starter, all 4 cylinders had great compression and everything moved and sounded has it should.

Everything you see engine related is included expect the landing light. I do have the carburators which are not seen but included

Now there are a few damaged parts:

• Ignition boxes are broken at the attachment brackets
• Manifold pressure fittings are broken
• Water coolant fittings on bottom of cylinders are bent
• One push rod tube is bent
• Oil pump on front has a broken flange
• NO DAMAGE TO CASE OR CYLINDERS NOTED
