This set of six tiny size Royal Doulton character jugs is the six wives of Henry VIII (D7041 - D7046). The set was commissioned in 1966 by Lawleys By Post in a limited edition of 2,500. This matched st is number 949. Each jug measures approximately 1 1/2 inches high. Catherine Parr has a tiny nick on the back side at the base (see photos). Otherwise the set is in excellent condition. The set come with the custom made stand. White spots in photos are light reflections.
