A scarce early hand painted tin cigar store advertising sign. This one is advertising Whelan\'s Up-To-Date 5 Cent Perfectos Cigars. The sign measures 14\" x 7\" Great early sign shows some wear as seen in the photos but displays well. Very early sign looks to be hand painted and has a super patina and a great folk art look to it. Recent find in upstate NY I have not attempted to clean the sign in any way. Has years of dust attached. This was found along with a second different Whelan\'s Cigar sign in a local estate.
