This sale is for an antique cast iron cap gun corresponding to \"SEA SERPENT\" AN28 in Logan & Best\'sCast Iron Toy Guns and Capshooters, where it is listed as being made by Stevens in 1890, 3 1/2\" long. It is in fantastic cosmetic condition. The action will only remain cocked while the trigger is pushed forward; as soon as forward pressure is released from the trigger, the hammer/jaw snaps shut. There is some corrosion/discoloration in the mouth, which I had done my best to show in the last three pictures.
