Clock was made in Germany, comes with key .It does have a plaque attached to it intop but I do believe it is only glued, so it should come off easily, it was a 25 year anniversary present back in 1978 from .
Clock stands about 12" tall without the top handle and base is about 10 x 6".
It really does have a nice sound asI tested it out to make sure that it worked for days.
