Never-Thought-of-It Enterprises will repair or replace the umbrella at its discretion. Including the packaging slip from this transaction would be sufficient. In these cases, the most you would have to do is confirm the cause of damage via email.

The warranty doesn’t cover fabric damage (unless the fabric is defective) because even the highest quality umbrella fabric cannot be guaranteed to withstand abrasive forces occurring at hard impact between wiring of the frame and the stricken object.
