Our apologies to those of you who wrote to ask about the \"Rosell\" carving last evening. This belongs to one of our group who were out of town. They purchased this on but found it too tall for their \"carvings\" shelf. We listed it as a \"BIN\" However, the owner contacted one of our girls, just to touch base, and said he did not want the carving listed that way as he wanted to know the real value. So, we stand (or sit) corrected and are starting over. You collectors know how very rare these carvings are. This one stands about 10-1/4\" tall so please make note of that before offerding. The carving is signed and dated \"1959\", on the base. It is in remarkable condition for the age with only light paint wear and no breaks or repairs. This is carved with great detail. He even carved teeth on this one. None of us have ever seen that before. I\'m sure every Swedish carvings collector would like just one of these so have fun offerding.
