SynQor PQ48050QNB20NKS 100 Watt 48V in 5V out DC-DC Converter
You are offerding on a lot of 3 SynQor PQ48050QNB20NKS 100 watt 48V in 5V out DC-DC converters.
They take 36-72 volt input and put out 5 volts DC at 20 amps. They are 88.6% efficient. There are voltage sense inputs that can be used to sense the output voltage at the load so as to cancel any voltage drops due to wire losses. The output can be trimmed up 10% or down 20% with a single resistor. There is an enable pin that will turn on the converter when it is connected to the -48V input. Leaving it open or driving it with a TTL high level signal will disable the converter. The baseplate is isolated from the circuit for easy mounting. The output is also isolated from the input. This means that you can connect the outputs of multiple units in series to get a higher output voltage. You can even connect the output in series with the input power supply to add the output voltage to the input. So if you have a 48V supply, with one of these unts you could boost it to 52 volts. Photo 4 shows a 48 volt to 13.8 volt 20 amp converter I made with three units, putting the outputs in series and trimming each output to 4.6V with a 9K resistor. I tried it on a car headlight, and it worked fine. The output voltage varied less than .01 volts between full load and no load. This part has the integrated heatsink, so Click --HERE-- to see the baseplate addendum data sheet The two data sheets give the full story.
