A Texas made floral carved left hand holster with hammer protector for a Smith & Wesson 4\" Combat Masterpiece or Combat Magnum revolver. Shown with an exact size duplicate of a Combat Magnum-the size illustrator shown is not for sale and does not contravene listing policies.
This holster was made by O. Ball-Lt. Oliver Ball of the Fort Worth Texas sheriff\'s department or police department. He was active in the 1950\'s and \'60\'s, I\'ve run across a number of his holsters made for fellow law enforcement officers. This example is in excellent condition-full floral hand carved, left hand, all stitching is tight, full sewn welt, stiff heavy leather construction, forward cant, hammer protector.
A very fine example of a mid 20th Century Texas law man\'s holster made for a series of collectible and desirable revolvers. Please ask any questions you\'d like.
