This sale is for a super nice Adlake Non-Sweating Switch lamp. This lamp does not have any kind of patent plate. However, the top exhaust plate has \"The Adlake non-sweating Lamp Chicago\".

There are 2 red and 2 blue glass lens. There are 2 red metal discs around the red lens and 2 green metal discs around the blue lens. (The glass is blue because when the kerosene lamp flame is glowing through the blue glass, it appears green.) There are some scuffs and scrapes around the edges of the discs. The lantern is approx. 10.5\" wide; 13.5\" to the top of the exhaust and 18.5\" to the top of the handle.

Inside the lantern, there is an Adams & Westlake kerosene lamp, with it\'s glass globe. Attached to the lamp is the extension stem...to adjust the flame. This stem extends to outside the lantern for handy adjustments.

This lantern is in Really good condition. We do not know if it was ever used outside...if it was completely redone or any part of it\'s history. We are selling for a client and she found the lantern at an estate sale...again with no history behind it.
