I purchased this about three or four years ago with the intent to build a 32 Ford Roadster around it. However, life has a way of changing and I don\'t know if I will ever get that project done now. I built a really nice cart for it and we would fire it up and smile and listen to it whine. You can purchase it with or without the cart, but the cart is way cool. It has a detachable tongue like a wagon so you can pull it around. It needs a generator control, or someone who knows how to fix this one so the charging system will work. It worked perfectly until I decided to connect the generator to the batteries and I think it must have killed a diode or something so now it doesn\'t charge. The FDEC looks for a charging signal at 35% RPM and when it sees it, it kicks up to full power. See the Youtube video of the first day we started it up prior to tricking out the cart by searching kit lindsay tierney. Since it does not see the charge it goes into auto shutdown. Generator controllers are available and if you aren\'t smart enough to figure out which $1.99 Radio Shack replacement part it needs you will have to get another controller. If you don\'t need the FDEC then you are golden. DO NOT USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR THIS ITEM. I TRIED TO DISABLE THE PAYPAL FEATURE AND WAS UNABLE TO DO THAT. THEY TAKE TOO BIG A CUT TO PROCESS. I CAN TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE AT MY BUSINESS. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THE PAYPAL FEATURE TO PAY FOR THIS. Call me if you win and we\'ll work out the payment.
