UND Grand Forks Art Pottery Nude Figure Bookend North Dakota UniversityThis is a very heavy and solid pottery figure or bookend that is signed by the artist and stamped U.N.D. Grand Forks which stands for the University North Dakota. The artist signature reads Ama Za or it could be Anna.It is a kneeling nude man that is glazed with a solid off white color. It measures 6 1/2” x 6” and 2 3/4” wide and weighs over 4 pounds. The glaze has crazing and there are some dark marks, but the only damage is a small little chip on the ear no bigger then a pencil tip. It was found in an estate sale with many older items.
