I have for sale a nice estate item, a very clean M-1943 field jacket in excellent condition and as found. Starting to clean out some of the uni\'s and combat wear I have gathered up over the years from estate sales. This coat came from a 2nd infantry divisionveteransestate who had served for 20 years (last records of his was service in Vietnam 60-62 as aCivil administrator adviser which he took classes on in the late 50\'s)in the Army with most in the Indian head division based on all the stuff I got at the time. The coat is in great shape all around with no damage to speak of other then some very slight fraying at the cuffs and where it was modified for the pull string which is on the inside now, great solid color. It is a size 34R as the tag shows ( I am 5\'9\"/195 pounds and it fits me very well with just a shirt on), inside pocket tag is gone so no date to provide. Other then one button missing on the one sleeve it retains all of the original buttons as pic\'s should show and very nice 2nd ID shoulder patch on left side. Nothing to fancy here but a great clean 70 year old item to add to your display or collection.Feel free to ask any ? on this item as all my items are sold with and starting price low.
