this is a genuine very old carved ox bone japanese carved figure group, one of the largest ive seen, its fitted onto a gilt bronze base which displays it very well, it measures about 35cm high, viewing highly recommended as photos dont do it any justice, some age lines, and damages as expected, but overall a stunning example of japanese carving, probably from the 1800s, im sure you wont find many more as fine as this.
