Lambert model # 2 index typewriter in very good cosmetic condition except for the two bakelite end knobs which are broken - some pieces were saved and stored in the Lambert ink pad box. The letters on the keyboard are in excellent condition and all of the moving parts appear to be working, though the carriage lock is a bit \"sticky\". Black paint looks excellent and the blue and gold pin striping is in overall good condition. Typewriter has its\' original carrying case. The nickel plating is in very good condition though does not appear to have been cleaned or polished in many years. There is a slight amount of oxidation on the two screws mounting the key pad - visible in photos. Wooden carrying case is clean and solid throughout - missing handle.
