This listing is for a VERY RARE PETERS AMMUNITIONadvertising poster sign. This hunting/ammunition advertising poster dates from1909 and is in NEAR MINT, original condition. It is signed H.S. MOSKOVITZ inthe bottom left corner. This is definitely the nicest example of this sign thatI have seen. This is completely original with no restoration of any kind. Boththe original bands are present as is the original, brass hanging loop. Theposter itself measures 20” x 12” and 25 ½” x 17 ½” in the professional framewith conservation glass. The poster is pressed between the mat and the glass sothere is nothing sticking to the back of the poster if you wish to remove itfrom the frame. The condition is NEAR MINT with only extremely minor edge wear.The graphics and colors on this sign are superb with no fading. This is a veryhard to find piece in this condition.
