This lovely Victorian Bride\'s Basket is a completely original two piece set.
The stand is silverplate and measures 10\" x 8\" x 5\". It is marked James W. Tufts Quadruple Plate Boston Warranted 2481. It has a 4 pointed star with a T in the center. It is very ornate and embellished with floral elements. No dents or missing pieces. Sits flat with no wobble.
The glass insert is a stunning robin\'s egg blue. It is concave with gilded scalloped edges. It measures 6.5\" x 2.5\". The interior is hand enameled with beautiful flowers and leaves. I believe they are morning glories. No chips, scratches, or cracks. There are a few small dimples that are part of the original fabrication process.
