Victorian Chantilly Lace Jacket w Bell Sleeves SM

This lovely Victorian jacket is made from black Chantilly lace, it hangs open in front, the back is 3 panels and is slightly flared below the waist and has beautiful bell shaped dolman sleeves. It has a few scattered small holes that need mending, a mend w small patch under 1 arm and a long mend on one sleeve (photos), a few places the picot edging around the scallops is frayed or coming loose. It measures edge to edge 36 inches around the bust, across the back shoulder is 15 and it\'s 20 1/2 inches long from the shoulder to front edge.
