Vintage 1930s Disney Mickey Minnie Mouse Hand Car No. 1100 Red Restoration Project

Up for sale is a vintage 1930s Mickey Mouse No. 1100 Hand Car. This piece is rough, but we thought someone may need to use it for parts or for restoration. Mickey is without legs and Minnie has one leg that is unattached to her shoe. There is no key and am unsure if it works. When the wheel closest to Minnie is turned, their hands move up and down.
