VINTAGE 1940\'s 1950s OCCUPIED JAPAN 24 Piece Set CHILD\'S BLUE WILLOW TOY TEA SET
A lovely, vintage, 1940\'s to 1950\'s Child\'s Toy \" Blue Willow \" Tea Set that is marked \" MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN \" (see photo, all are marked the same). The set consists of 24 pieces (including 3 lids) and with the tea set came a 14 piece set of, toy, aluminum silverware. There are 38 pieces in all, including the silverware. There are 5 Plates, 5 cups, 6 saucers, a teapot with lid, a creamer, a sugar bowl with lid, a casserole with lid, and a gravy boat. The utensils include...5 spoons, 4 forks, 3 knives, a cake server, and something that looks like a low pan (see photo, I don\'t know what it was for). The dinner plates measure approximately 3 7/8\" in diameter and the teapot measures about 3 1/2\" high (the rest can be judged accordingly). All of these pieces are in very good condition and only the teapot has two (very shallow) flakes on the foot rim that are not even noticeable (could be manufacturing flaws but not sure). The rest look great with only manufacturing flaws. The silverware looks good with wear to the finish on the cake server and whatchamacallit!
