Iam pleased to offerthis old and original, Madame Alexander, Cissy doll, circa 1950\'s. The doll measures approximately 20\" tall. She has a plastic body and vinyl arms. The doll looks to have been played with very little. The face paint is lovely, and the outfit is nice. Please note that there is paint wear on the eyelids, and what looks like a tiny bit of dried material by her right eye. This looks like something that is on the plastic, and not paint loss. I think this may clean off, but I have not tried. She actually needs a light cleaning, as she has sat for many years. The top of her hat is soiled, and there is a little bit of flaking to the flowers. She has spots on her feet, that look like is on the legs and not the nylons. It looks like the straps of her heels may be stretched. Her dress may be lightly soiled, but I nee no holes, pulls or tears. The hand tag is stained. The box is very rough, soiled, stained, faded, torn, taped etc.. Fair condition at best. This is a very nice old doll, with great display potential.
