DESCRIPTION

This sale is for a vintage 1950-60\'s Italian Fashion doll. Marked: OTTOLINI C.&D. / MOD.DEP. / MADE IN ITALY. About 25\" tall. Pretty face with big beautiful flirty blue eyes, blue eye-shadow, rosy cheeks and bright red lips. Molded black high heeled shoes. Dark brown real human hair wig. Painted red fingernails. I believe that her sheath dress is original. It was on her when I purchased her and it fits perfectly. Her body is a light weight hard plastic material. Very pretty doll!

She shows age and is NOT in perfect condition and could use a little TLC.

* Her wig is loose and her hair needs attention - looks thin along the bottom and in the front above the bangs and including the bangs.

* The crown opening looks like it was cut and is not original - little rough around the edges, so I am not sure (?). Tiny crack at the top edge of the crown opening.

* Missing lashes, particularly the right eye as seen in photo. Eyes are not set perfectly and could use to be re-set.

* Right cheek has a spot of missing blush coloring. She has scattered areas of uneven coloring where some of her flesh paint color has been rubbed off. She has a few small spots of missing paint color on her high heeled shoes. She has a few scattered scuffs/marks.

* The dress shows age and has some light stains. Dark stains in the back top edge and torn a little. Small hole in the back top near neckline. Light circular stain on the front middle of skirt area.

* Her elastic stringing is too light weight for her, so her stringing is not as tight/snug as it should be.

* She could use a light cleaning.

* There is a loose rectangular weighted block that may have been inside of her head at one time - again not sure.
