****WE ALWAYS TAKE LOTS OF PHOTOS, SO PLEASE BE SURE TO SEE THEM ALL****Rare to find such a pretty powder compact in such nice shape! I\'m guessing it would date to the late 40\'s or 50\'s. It has a lovely Rhinestone flip up front and the area with the powder inside flips up when you slide the little catch over. It\'s just under 3 inch square and the Mirror is very good, both front, back and inside are all excellent with no scratches, discolorationor marks. It is a lovely goldtone color which I couldn\'t seem to capture inmy photos, (sorry they look drab & sort of green!!) It\'s a light golden yellow in color. Even some powder left in there, but I doubt the powder puff is original to the compact. This hasnot been cleaned, I just wiped some of the loose powder offthe mirror & inside.Shipping weight will be7 ounces.
