Rare, vintage original 1960s Corvette \'Mako Shark\' slot car. I believe the body is an MPC unit. This slot car has the typical \'60s soft plastic clear body painted on the inside metallic candy blue. It is mounted to a manufactured aluminum chassis and is powered by a sidewinder motor that I believe is a Mabuchi. 1/24th scale, this slot car is 7 1/2\" in length. Very nice original condition, sponge rear tires along with skinny fronts mounted on spun aluminum wheels. There is one small crack in the rear valance of the body. It has been tested and it does run.
