VINTAGE ANTIQUE GANDOLFI PLATE CAMERAGandolfi plate camera with original canvas box and 6 spare plates, sadly no lens. There is a plate at the front of the camera stamped Gandolfi makers London. The lens carrier has been altered, as can be seen in the photo, possibly to take a different sized lens. The diameter of the thread where the lens fits measures approximately 5.5 cms (2 1/8 inches approx).
Height of camera 24mm, the plates measure a total of 22 cms x 16 cms at widest pointsCondition - All looks very good, bellows are sound. Some very light marks to the woodwork as to be expected. The canvas carrying case is worn and stained.
