This is a great working Tin Wind Up Clown by Unique Art MFG Co, it is Artie the Clown. It does wind up, and the wheels will move, but it won\'t move when put on the floor. It shows some wear and scuffs but otherwise is in very good condition.Sold -as-is.10 inches tall to the top of hat, 7 inches long.
