This is a Vintage Seth Thomas U.S. Shipping Board Brass Clock.
The clock has a key and I was able to wind it a little to see that it works and keeps time, I believe the key is not for this clock, seemed to be too big, yet I did wind it some.
The clock does not chime that I can tell, I know some ships bell clock ring at the hour and the 1/2 hour, this does not.
Keeps time and is a nice vintage nautical item.
