Vintage 1940\'s Cast Iron Hubley Texan Jr. TOY Cap Gun with Rearing Colt Emblem, 8\" Long with Longhorn Cattle Grips. This Hubley cast iron toy cap gun is in good condition with some discoloration on the inside, paint loss on the rearing horse emblem, & the barrel hinge is loose. It is marked inside: Patd 1993916 Hubley. It is 8\" long from end of barrel to end of handle grip. The grips are white plastic with Texas longhorn steer carvings & they are tightly secured to the handle. Above the steer is the Rearing Colt emblem, with the horse painted red. The body is cast iron & it is marked Texan Jr. The release is under thecylinder& works fine. When I bought it, it came with a cool, homemade leather holster, which I am including with the Hubley. It has silver & brass studs, some are missing, but it has a nice funky western cowboy look to it. This Hubley Texan Jr. cap gun is in great condition for it\'s age & is a must have for any toy cap gun or cast iron collector.
