Vintage CAHOY POTTERY South Dakota COVERED DISH / CASSEROLEPottery was started in 1974 by E. (Emil) Cahoy, a retired farmer from Colome, South Dakota - using clay and sand from his homestead Dish measures 4 1/2\" high to top of lid (2 1/2\" without lid) x 10 3/8\" handle edge to handle edge (9 1/4\" without handles) Lid is in excellent condition with beautiful swirling - no chips or cracks Dish has a small ding on the top edge (not seen when lid is in place), a bit of roughness along bottom edge of one handle and a couple a small craze lines inside bowl - otherwise great condition with beautiful swirling
