Vintage miniature cigar cutter with knife and fork. Cutter is spring loaded so when you press the button the cigar cutter pops up. The sides are real mother of pearl and are not cracked. Everything works as it should. Blades all have some rust. Please see attached pictures for fine details.Very well made neat old piece.
