Vintage 6\" talllady head vase planter with one pigtail, lovely long lashes, \"pearl\" necklace and earring. She has an elegantly raised hand with painted nails and a blue and gold painted ring. Her eyelashes are long and perfect, she wears a large belted hat with a painted buckle. There is no maker\'s mark. I have not found any chips or cracks.
