Vintage Lady Head vase. with Pearl dangle earrings and a bow in her light brown or Blonde hair. she is 5 1/2 inches tall . She is marked on bottom VELCO -3688. I don\'t know if she is made by Napco or not. She was an Estate sale find. She is in pretty nice shape. Only has two fingers that were broken and glued back on. and a eye lash chipped. but was painted black so it doesn\'t show much. has a couple of thin black marks on her hand and side of head in hair. be able to wash off. No cracks.or other chips just eyelash. a little dusty inside vase . very cute. Great Starter Piece. Everything I sell is As Is. No returns. I get my items from Estate Sales, Flea markets sales Etc.
