Hard to find oiler ! Has some oil residue on glass inside and on other parts. I would say it would need new seals if you plan to use it , but I am no expert. Email any questions. Measures about 6.5 \" total length and top measures about 3\" across. I did not remove top lid to inspect. Some light scratches and expected wear.
